Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the HSEMAX platform. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
HSEMAX is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for occupational health, safety, and environment management. The platform provides risk analysis, compliance tracking, and automation tools. The platform is still in development and is in the early access phase.
2. Early Access
By registering for the early access program, you gain access to features that are not yet fully developed. Early access versions may contain bugs and are subject to regular updates. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps improve the service.
3. Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Any unauthorized access or security breaches should be reported immediately to info@hsemax.com.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. The following actions are prohibited: (a) illegal activities, (b) actions that violate others' rights, (c) unauthorized access or interference with the platform, (d) misuse of platform resources.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform, including all content, design, software, and related materials, is the intellectual property of HSEMAX. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our permission.
6. Service Changes
HSEMAX reserves the right to modify or update the platform without prior notice. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.
7. Limitation of Liability
HSEMAX is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. The platform does not replace professional consultation or legal advice. We recommend seeking expert opinions for critical decisions.
8. Third-Party Services
The platform may include third-party services or content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of these services. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions.
9. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Legal Compliance
The platform is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in Turkey is the user's responsibility. The platform does not automatically track regulatory changes; users are responsible for monitoring regular updates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. By continuing to use the platform, you accept the updated terms.
